The migrated root implementation is checked against deterministic independent vectors and a shell/OpenSSL decoder. Bitcoin regtest also exercises publication and recovery on separate nodes. Complete V0 conformance is not claimed.

Independent reconstruction.
V0 requires deterministic positive and negative vectors, independent private recovery without an URMA executable or database, and evidence for each supported transport. Invalid records and incomplete objects must be tested separately.
Public record checks cover author proof, atomic kinds and transaction constraints. Multipart evidence separately covers bounded geometry, complete manifests, hashes, ordering, missing nodes and independent reconstruction. Application checks must cover resumable shared Capture/Archive publication and Wire's local indexing and reorg rollback.
The canonical evidence register is TEST_RESULTS.md; current Android details are in android/VERIFICATION.md. Root checks, Android/desktop receipts, profile interoperability and application acceptance are separate evidence scopes. Git has an approved public HEAD-only design; its application remains to be implemented.
